            BXY6001 Differential Pressure Remote Transmission Transmitter
            1 Application
            The diaphragm box of the differential pressure remote transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the pressure sensor component of the differential pressure transmitter. It uses silicone oil and other filling liquids to transmit pressure between the transmitter and it.
            The BXY6001 differential pressure remote transmitter is used to measure the liquid level, density, pressure, and flow rate of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert it into a 4-20mADC HART current signal output. BXY6001 can also communicate with RST375 handheld terminals or RSM100 Modems for parameter setting, process monitoring, etc. The measurement range of BXY6001 differential pressure remote transmitter (when not relocated) is 0-1kPa~2MPa, and the rated pressure of the remote flange is 1.6/4MPa, 6.4MPa, 10MPa, 150psi, 300psi, or 600psi, respectively.
            2 Working principle
            The BXY6001 differential pressure remote transmission transmitter consists of a BXY6001 series differential pressure transmitter and a welded and installed capillary remote transmission flange. Its working principle is the same as the BXY6001 series differential pressure transmitter (refer to the technical specifications of the BXY6001 series differential pressure transmitter), but the pressure transmission path is slightly different: the pressure acting on the remote flange side first passes through the diaphragm and filling liquid on the remote flange, then through the capillary, and finally reaches the corresponding positive and negative sides of the measurement sensor.

            The minimum range of the remote transmitter should be the larger value of the minimum range in Table 1 and Table 2. The adjusted range shall not be less than the minimum range. The maximum range of the remote transmitter should be the minimum of the maximum range of the transmitter body and the rated pressure of the liquid level flange.

            5 Response time
            The damping constant of the amplifier component is 0.1s; The time constant of the sensor and remote flange is 0.2-6s, depending on the sensor's range, range ratio, capillary length, and viscosity of the filling liquid. The additional adjustable time constant is 0.1~60s.
            6 General conditions
            6.1 Installation conditions
            The transmitter body can be directly fixed in any position. The optimal state is to keep the process flange axis in a vertical position, and the positional deviation will result in a correctable zero offset. The electronic watch case can rotate up to 360 °, and the positioning screw can fix it in any position.
            The remote flange is connected to a matching flange that complies with ANSI/DIN standards. The matching flange should be equipped with soft gaskets and fixed bolts and nuts (users can choose to install bolts and nuts).
            For bilateral flange remote transmitters, capillary components and remote flanges should only be installed in the same ambient temperature. The minimum bending radius of the capillary is 75mm, and winding is strictly prohibited!
